SHIPPING AND PROCESSING


 

How long do orders usually take to process?

Once payment has been completed, orders typically take up to 7 working days to process before shipment. 

 

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide!

 

How long is the shipping time?

Shipping times vary depending on location. Shipping for orders in the United States takes about 10-20 days whilst international orders usually takes about 20-30 days.

While most packages will arrive on time, there are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause delays in shipment. 

 

Where will orders be shipped from?

Your orders will be shipped from our various fulfillment centres around the world. Our product research team are unfaltering in sourcing only the best quality products and material from the most experienced and reliable manufacturers.

 

Which courier will be used for delivery?

U.S orders will be shipped via USPS and International Orders will be shipped according to the fulfillment center the product is from.

 

What if I am not home during the delivery?

Anyone at home can receive the package on your behalf. In the scenario where no one is at home to recieve the package, the postman will leave a collection slip and you will have to proceed to the post office to collect your package.

What payment gateways are you supported by?

We are supported by PayPal and Stripe, the securest payment gateways available in the market. 

 

Is my information secure?

We adhere to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store.

Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored. 

 

Which forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal via our two payments gateways Paypal and Stripe. 

 

I have not received any order confirmation details?

This usually happens due to an incorrect email. Do make sure that your email is indeed correct when you place an order. Do kindly check your spam folder as well to see if your confirmation email was sent there.

 

POST-SALES

 

Can I cancel my order?

We only allow order cancellation within 24 hours after you have made payment. We will provide full refund if you cancel your order within 24 hours. Please understand that once we have sent out your order to the postal company, we are no longer able to cancel your order.

 

Can I make changes to my Order/Shipping address?

If a change needs to be made to your order, please contact us at our Contact Us page as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate that change. We will do our best to accommodate your request but do note that we cannot make any promises.

If the order had already been sent out, we will not be able to change the order address.

Why have I only received 1 item though I have ordered multiple items?

Our product research team have tied up with fulfillment centres located around the world to bring you only the products with the best quality. Your items might have been shipped from our various fulfillment centres depending on items ordered resulting in different shipping times.

Return and Refund Policy

 

Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive the product. If 30 days have gone by since, we will unfortunately be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. We will also require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do note to not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please do note that return postage fees will not be covered by us as well. We do recommend emailing our support team for full inquiry details.

Refund Policy

We offer a 100% money back guarantee refund on all items defective on delivery and orders undelivered in 60 days. We are also able to send replacement items if you would like. If your order arrived damaged, please attach photos for proof so we can make it right for you as soon as possible. 

Once your item is received, it will be inspected by our Q&C team to ascertain if the item is indeed defective. We will then send you an email to notify you on the status of you refund.
